- I am the author of four books – three of which are about Spain: My latest book ‘How to Move Safely to Spain’ is a guide to moving to Spain and to buying property there. This book is 84,500 words long, broken into 26 sections and has 9 highly qualified Contributors. It deals with everything from Spanish land law to healthcare, education, motoring, tax, Wills and residency etc. Meanwhile,‘How to Sell your Spanish Property in a Crisis’ is a guide to selling property in an economic crash - but which also includes a detailed analysis of why the crisis occurred in Spain. ‘Taking the Heat’ is a very different book and my homage to living in Spain. It revolves around a series of true stories showing the often glorious and wonderfully farcical clash of cultures that occurs when Britons move to Spain. I also write investigative articles i.e.on corruption, immigration, divorce, domestic violence, drugs, brothels, politics and history etc. Finally, I live permanently in Spain with my family and during my free time I am a passionate rock climber.
